Company

The eye2sky company is based in Hampshire in the south of the United Kingdom.

The concept of the eye2sky modular system originated in response to a request to the eye2sky parent company Earthly Orbit from an oil industry service provider in 2007 – answering the need to provide a system that would allow simultaneous multi-site monitoring and communications in areas of the Niger Delta where communications were difficult and security of the site a real issue.

From this beginning, the system has evolved and the company eye2sky founded. The founders of the business have between them over 20 years international Oil and Gas services field experience,  30 years of satellite communications and technology experience and therefore a wealth of very practical hands on field exposure. 

This experience has honed a modular system specifically developed for the Oil and Gas sector. The system itself is explained in more detail on the other pages of this website but in essence provides a fully integrated solution to the needs of an industry that finds itself in some of the most inhospitable and remote parts of the globe where the need for effective reliable communications is of paramount importance. 

We pride ourselves on understanding both the explicit and implicit needs of the industry and on providing a cost effective modular system that answers those needs.
